To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization (RA) number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
